TOIS - photo gallery
This is how a normal computer becomes an electronic exercise book: Turn the screen carefully and fold it onto the keyboard. A special pen is used for the writing. And of course we supply an additional keyboard. |

A tablet PC works like an exercise book. The difference: everything the student writes is directly transmitted to the TOIS teacher´s computer via the internet. If necessary, the teacher can even intervene and correct the student on his computer. Of course, both can also see and hear each other. |

We also provide a computer tray for comfortable writing. |

The teaching material is sent and printed as a script. If the student does not own a printer, we will send the material by mail. But the student´s writing is always done on the computer so that the teacher can correct it in electronic form. |

An indispensable instrument of our therapeutic work against fear: before the student is confronted with a “real” teacher, a computer acts as a neutral observer and corrects the student´s work. Now try to argue with him, if you can! |

The classic way: use of the own PC with a big screen for the transmission of the video telephony and learning materials required in the lessons. On the other hand a small tablet PC is used as exercise book “substitute”. Both PCs are directly connected to the teacher, who can see in real time what the student is doing.

The offline alternative: along with the student´s progress the teacher´s presence can be reduced again. The student works with a special pen (sender) and a clip attached to the writing pad (receiver). The clip records what the student writes on the paper without a computer. These data are then transferred to the computer over a USB cable and sent to the teacher in a certain time interval. The TOIS teacher corrects them and discusses the results with the student in a classic TOIS consultation. |
